1. Definitions
- “Company”, “we”, “us” refers to CMA Property Group Limited.
- “Client”, “you” refers to the customer engaging our services.
- “Works” refers to all construction, repair, maintenance, refurbishment, and related services provided by the Company.

2. Quotations & Estimates
- All quotations issued by CMA Property Group Limited are valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise.
- Quotations are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if the scope of work changes.
- Any additional work not included in the original quotation will be charged separately and agreed in advance.

3. Payments
- Payment terms will be clearly stated on quotations or invoices.
- A deposit may be required before works commence.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

4. Variations to Work
- Any variations requested by the client must be agreed in writing before the work is carried out.
- Variations may affect both the total cost and the completion time.

5. Client Responsibilities & Access
- The client must provide safe, clear, and reasonable access to the property during working hours.
- The client is responsible for removing or protecting personal belongings unless otherwise agreed.
- Water, electricity, and other utilities must be available where required for the works.

- All materials supplied remain the property of CMA Property Group Limited until full payment has been received.
- Where materials are supplied by the client, the Company accepts no responsibility for defects, delays, or failures related to those materials.

8. Health & Safety
- CMA Property Group Limited complies with all relevant health and safety legislation.
- Clients must not interfere with works, equipment, or safety measures while works are in progress.

9. Defects & Warranty
• Any defects resulting from our workmanship must be reported within a reasonable period following completion.
• This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, or work carried out by third parties.

10. Cancellations
• If the client cancels work after acceptance, costs incurred up to that point may be charged.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

11. Insurance & Liability
• CMA Property Group Limited holds appropriate public liability insurance.
• The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Third-Party Contractors
• CMA Property Group Limited is not responsible for delays, defects, or issues caused by third-party contractors appointed directly by the client.
